How long are my Better Bagels good for?

Better Bagels have a shelf life of six days (including shipping time), but are good for up to nine months when stored in the freezer! You can find your best by date on the back of your pouch.

How should I store my Better Bagels?

To ensure long-lasting freshness, Better Bagels should be stored in the freezer upon receipt.

What is the best way to prepare the Better Bagels?

There are infinite possibilities! We love doing anything from a classic toast to baking, or even air-frying our bagels to get the perfect crunch. From there, add any of your favorite toppings and you’re good to go! We recommend trying cream cheese and lox, or making a delicious pizza bagel.

Do I need to thaw the bagels before eating?

The bagels can be placed on the counter to thaw for about 15-20 minutes before toasting, or you can pop it right in the toaster for the perfect on-the-go snack!

Are Better Bagels gluten free?

We recently launched The Gluten-Free Better Bagel and The Gluten-Free Better Bun (retail only) which are gluten-free, however the remainder of our products are not gluten-free. The Gluten-Free Better Bagel and The Gluten-Free Better Bun both can be found in bright, red bags for easy identification!

What are net carbs?

Net carbs are the result of subtracting the Dietary Fiber content from the Total Carbohydrates value. This is because dietary fiber is not digested by the body so is not factored into your diet like other carbs would be. Though the Better Bagel has 22g of total carbohydrates, there are only 5g net carbs due to 17g of Dietary Fiber.

Do your products contain any allergens?

Our products contain wheat and The Sesame Bagel & The Sesame Bun contain Sesame, which is considered an allergen. Our co-manufacturers have allergen mitigation procedures in place to help reduce the risk of cross contamination. However, it is important to note that products cannot be guaranteed 100% free of other allergens because our co-manufacturers process other items in the facility that contain ingredients such as milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame.

Can I skip or cancel my subscription order?

Yes! By logging into your subscription account you can choose to skip, cancel, or modify your subscription at any time for no extra charge. Click Here to manage your subscription.

How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription, login here with the email address you used when you placed your initial subscription order. You'll receive a 4-digit code to your email as well as via text message. Enter the code when prompted to access our subscription management portal, where you can skip, cancel, or modify your subscription at any time.

Please note if you've previously created an account in order to manage your subscription, you can also login to your account using your email address plus password. Once logged in, click "manage subscription" to be directed to our subscription management portal.

Shipping

What should I do if I will not be home to receive my package?

A. If you know you will be out of town within a week of placing your order, please email us immediately to hold your order, or coordinate with a friend or neighbor to store it in the freezer for you until your return.

B. If you have a subscription, you can change your next order date within your account page.

What should I do if I accidentally entered the wrong address?

Email us ASAP at hello@eatbetter.com and we will update it for you!

Where do you ship to?

We use UPS to ship The Better Bagel to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot currently serve overseas (Hawaii/Alaska) or international locations. We do not ship to PO boxes.

How soon will my order ship?

Note: Due to current order quantities, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
